N2  - Am 1. April 2021 startete das FIR zusammen mit dem International Performance Research Institute (IPRI) das durch die Arbeitsgemeinschaft industrieller Forschungsvereinigungen “Otto von Guericke” e. V. geförderte Projekt ‚OKReady – Entwicklung eines Konzepts zur Einführung des agilen Managementsystems, ‚Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen‘.
Ziel des Projekts ist es, KMU zu befähigen, das agile Managementsystem OKR erfolgreich einzuführen, um Unternehmensziele durch erhöhte Transparenz und gestärktes Mitarbeiterengagement schneller und zielgerichteter zu erreichen. Dabei wollen die beiden Institute Nutzenpotenziale erschließen und Antworten auf die Frage finden, wie durch die Einführung von OKR die Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit von Digitalisierungsprojekten steigen kann.
N2  - On April 1, 2021, FIR together with the International Performance Research Institute (IPRI) started the project ‘OKReady – Development of a concept for the introduction of the agile management system Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in small and medium-sized enterprises’, which is funded by the German Federation of Industrial Research Associations "Otto von Guericke e. V."
The aim of the project is to enable SMEs to successfully introduce the agile management system OKR in order to achieve corporate goals more quickly and in a more targeted manner through increased transparency and strengthened employee commitment. In doing so, the two institutes want to tap into potential benefits and find answers to the question of how the introduction of OKR can increase the probability of success of digitization projects.
