• Im Mittelpunkt des Förderprojekts ‚RPAcceptance‘ steht die Akzeptanz von Beschäftigten für Robotic-Process-Automation (RPA) in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU). Für die nachhaltige Nutzung der Effizienzpotenziale, die mit der Automatisierung von administrativen Prozessen durch RPA einher gehen, spielen die betroffenen Mitarbeiter:innen und deren Akzeptanz eine maßgebende Rolle. Ziele des Forschungsvorhabens sind die Entwicklung und experimentelle Validierung eines Modells, mithilfe dessen die wirkenden Faktoren der Mitarbeiterakzeptanz identifiziert und adäquat adressiert werden können. Die daraus abgeleitete Konzeption eines akzeptanzfördernden Change-Management-Konzepts soll KMU in die Lage versetzen, ihre Belegschaft schrittweise an die Nutzung von RPA heranzuführen und von den Vorteilen zu überzeugen.
• The focus of the ‘RPAcceptance’ funding project is on employee acceptance of robotic process automation (RPA) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The employees concerned and their acceptance play a decisive role in the sustainable use of the efficiency potentials associated with the automation of administrative processes through RPA. The goals of this research project are the development and experimental validation of a model that can be used to identify and adequately address the factors that influence employee acceptance. The resulting design of a change management concept that promotes acceptance is intended to enable SMEs to gradually introduce their workforce to the use of RPA and convince them of the benefits.
