• Die Transformationsprozesse im Zuge der Digitalisierung und der erfolgreiche Wandel zur Industrie 4.0 stellen Unternehmen und ihre Beschäftigten auch in Bezug auf die Weiterbildung vor große Herausforderungen. Für einen erfolgreichen digitalen Wandel ist kontinuierliches und lebenslanges Lernen einer der grundlegenden Bausteine. Allerdings erschwert unter anderem die Intransparenz des Weiterbildungsmarktes das Zusammenstellen von beispielsweise individualisierten Angeboten. Im Verbundprojekt ‚Learning Journey. Individuell. Informell. Mobil‘ (‚LIMo‘), welches durch das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert und durch das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) betreut wird, wird ein Selbstbewertungs-Tool für Unternehmen entstehen, das hierfür direkt eine Lösung anbietet. Der „LIMo-Navigator“ fragt die benötigten Kompetenzen ab und überprüft den aktuellen Stand der Weiterbildung sowie die Lernkultur im Unternehmen. Ziel ist es, Entwicklungsbedarfe aufzudecken und darauf basierend einen individuellen, auf das Unternehmen abgestimmten Kompetenzkatalog vorzuschlagen. Der LIMo-Navigator extrahiert in kurzer Bearbeitungszeit den individuellen Reifegrad eines Unternehmens in Bezug auf dessen Weiterbildungspotenziale. Dadurch soll die Gestaltung individueller Weiterbildung im Unternehmen erleichtert werden.

The LIMo Navigator queries a company’s required skills and competencies and reviews the current status of the company’s continuing education initiatives and its learning culture. The aim is to identify development needs and, on this basis, to propose a skills catalog specifically tailored to the company. After a short processing time, the LIMo Navigator determines the maturity level of the company with regard to its continuing education and training activities. This is intended to facilitate the design of targeted professional education offerings in the company.
